In the designated forum, post the citation and associated abstract of a journal article about some aspect of micro organizational behaviour. The journal must be consistent with the topics covered in the class and extend your learning beyond the textbook. Pick a topic within OB which interests you. For example, you might select an article on decision making in accounting practices, or personal motivation in sport, or stress in health care. The article must be a peer reviewed, scholarly, academic journal, less than 10 years old. Please post the citation in APA format and copy and paste the abstract. This is the article that will be the basis of your article critique assignment. The selection must be approved in order to proceed to the critique.
