Let your keyboard be your megaphone, and shout out your message. This unique scholarship gives you the platform to speak up - and cash in. The "loudest" applicant will receive the $1,500 Shout It Out Scholarship reward.

Submit an online written response to the question:
"If you could say one thing to the entire world at once, what would it be and why?" (250 words or less)

The Shout It Out Scholarship winner will be notified by email or phone on or around December 30, 2018.
