In our lesson, we discussed the final three areas of the Financial Feasibility Canvas (FFC) and the ninth block of the Business Model Canvas (BMC). Let’s combine what we have learned regarding FFC and BMC.
1. Step 5 of the FFC is Financial Returns – this step answers the question “What are the projected returns and key risk issue for this business” (Keerativutisest & Promsiri, 2021). We won’t focus on the projected returns, but let’s look at a few key risk issues.
a. Identify and describe at least three risks associated with entering the market with your product or service.
b. Describe what you can do to help mitigate (lessen) some of the risk.
2. The ninth block of the BMC is revenue stream (Osterwalder, 2010). Revenue Streams – how are you going to generate revenue? Belyh (2020) discussed how revenue streams are divided into two categories: transaction and recurring.
a. List and describe at least two transactional revenue streams and two recurring revenue streams.
