Two options:

Machiavelli was a political realist who believed that fear was the key to the survival of a prince. Or, Machiavelli was a political realist who thought that love was the key, but much harder achieve. Which version of Machiavelli is more accurate?

Aquinas discussed natural law, the good of nature, the good of the animal, the good of the rational. He also wrote about just war. Is it possible to incorporate the good of nature and of the rational with Just War Doctrine? Explain.
