Individual Reflection Paper -- 30% of Grade

This is an individual assignment. The objective of this assignment is to help you to reflect on any, some or all of the following:

your own progress in terms of the learning of the concepts and methods, especially entrepreneurship & innovation (Babson's ETA)

your view of the business world in general

your appreciation for service businesses in general and/or specifically AFLAT services

your experiences with the group assignment -- teamwork, contribution and outcomes

or your own journey as a student, employee or as a current/future leader. 

This assignment can be done in either word or powerpoint formats.

Paper format: This paper is around 3-4 pages long (double spaced, 1" margins, 12pt font). 

Powerpoint format: No more than 20-25 slides

Assignment submission: Please email me the paper or powerpoint file (do not try to upload onto blackboard). NO PDFs (so I can take notes on your assignment). If the file is too big, please use WeTransfer to send me the file.
