You will complete the antipsychotic chart within the provided template, which coincides with the information provided in this unit.  Completion of this chart will provide you a better overall understanding of the classifications of antipsychotic medications, indications for use, side effects, routes of administration, and cost. 

The entire completed document will be submitted in Unit 15 but you are encouraged to work towards completing the corresponding components during the correlating units.
