RN to BSN Week 5 Discussion

Discussion Topic:    What kind of image does the phrase "a powerful nurse" conjure in your mind? How have the roles and the status of women in American culture shaped the exercise of power among nurses? What kinds of behaviors do you observe in people that tell you whether they are powerful? Which of these behaviors do you consider socially desirable? Which are undesirable?
