Intro Paragraph:
Introduce the title and author of the text (in that order)
Write a 250 word summary that introduces the author's thesis and main points of the article.
Then write YOUR thesis on how the author attempts to persuade his/her audience on the topic they write about, and whether or not they seem to be effective.

Body paragraphs:

These should all begin with a topic sentence that supports your thesis.  (For example:  One effective part of Author Angela Davis's rhetoric is the way in which she uses dramatic language to appeal to her audiences emotions).  You topic sentences should be followed by: Context, Quote, and analysis.
