Rhetorical Analysis:
1. you will be working through the practice sequence in Inquiry on page 39 titled Analyzing a Text Rhetorically. Rhetorical analysis is a key part of evaluating sources during your research and writing process. As you learn to rhetorically analyze, you should try to incorporate this way of looking at a piece of writing into your reading and research processes to help you assess the value of the text for your purposes.
2. Read through the excerpt in Inquiry titled "Hirsch's desire for a National Curriculum" (39). Then post to this forum a rhetorical analysis of the excerpt that responds to the four questions in the practice sequence on page 39.
