I have reviewed your submission of chapters 1-3. Here are my comments.

• It is customary to submit one chapter at a time, so we can ensure each section is comprehensive and meets both format/APA and research rigor.
• Your abstract does not meet the dissertation guidelines.  I have attached the University's dissertation guidelines. 
  
• Your literature review is only 6 pages.  I would advise you to review for approved dissertations.  Literature reviews need to be comprehensive, exhaustive and have substantial depth. This section is usually at least 30 pages long.
• Research; which method are you using. You speak about both qualitative and qualitative methods.  I believe we discussed not doing a mixed method?
• Are you really planning on sending out 80,000 questionnaires (page 28)?
• At this point in time, you proposal is only chapters 1-3.  The data analysis and results can not be done until you not only receive approval on the proposal. ENTIRE PAPER NEED TO BE APA STYLE...
