REWARDS EXERCISE

You have learned that the total rewards strategy involves combining the five elements into tailored packages designed to achieve optimal motivation.  Working with the company's total rewards strategy as a blueprint, the HR professional identifies employee groups and strives to find the optimal mix of total rewards elements that will attract, motivate, and retain an effective workforce.  

Your assignment:

1)  Read the profiles of the six employees.

2) Utilizing your understanding of what comprises total rewards, suggest a total rewards mix for each person.  Include what elements of compensation, benefits, work/life, performance and recognition, and development and career opportunities you are suggesting and why.  You should have a strong paragraph or two for each person.
