Mini-Portfolio on Diversity & Equity AND Collaboration & Leadership

1. This mini-portfolio highlights your skills and experience in Diversity & Equity AND/OR Collaboration & Leadership. You may discuss both OR just one, as you wish.  Choose 2 artifacts that provide evidence of these capacities and create a mini-portfolio focused on your capacities in these areas and write a short framing essay (around 600 words) that introduces the reader to the artifacts and explains their significance (and your choices).  You should be as specific as possible in explaining to readers how the artifacts you selected evince your abilities.  Remember that readers will not be familiar with your work, so you need to describe it (rather than simply gesturing toward it).

2. Attachment is a draft for this assignment, please rewrite the draft by modify vocabulary and grammar, make it strong and more like a essay.
