Review of the Literature

Briefly discuss the current research in the Free College for Everyone economically that you discussing. It should include the most recent, APPLICABLE research as well as any seminal work in your area. This assignment should include research in favor of your argument as well as research against your argument. In this assignment, I do not want you to give me your opinion or thoughts, just strictly the facts of what the prior research has shown.
