retention plans

The Mixon Group is a major consulting organization located in Philadelphia.  After a series of conversations with their human resources director, they have decided to consider implementing a series of retention programs to counter a rising turnover problem.  Discuss in detail the five sequential questions to which they will have to respond to make the final decision on the implementation of the retention plans.  (25 points)  (A 1½-page response is required.)
