  Respond to at least two of your colleagues, offering each of them feedback on the action plan he or she created to succeed at his or her goal. Consider offering feedback based on the following areas:

• Suggest to your colleague milestones that appear to be missing or that may be easier to measure that you think might help him or her progress toward his or her goal.
• Provide feedback on whether your colleague’s suggested timeline for his or her goal or milestones seem realistic and achievable.
