1.From a global/nationwide perspective, how does the selected practice problem impact nurses, nursing care, healthcare organizations, and the quality of care being provided?

Transforming practice is the future of healthcare because it leads to healthcare changes and advancements. The healthcare system has advanced faster than the law that governs it. The limitations of outdated regulations, especially those governing nurses' scopes of practice, restrict nurses' ability to serve the public effectively (Roy, 2018). Patients need personalized treatment to their individual needs rather than what is most effective for the health care providers involved in any case. Therefore, a new healthcare system is needed to achieve this goal. The restructuring of the healthcare system will cause a drastic overhaul of many roles of healthcare professionals, such as nurses (Murray & Lopez, 2017). As a result, various policies and initiatives must be developed to address the required improvements in effectiveness, accessibility, and quality in healthcare facilities and nursing care.

2. Identify the national-level vital stakeholders who are affected by the practice problem and stakeholders involved in the resolution.

Major strategic players include senior Medicaid and agency executives, Congress, OPM, the FTC, the provider community, the client and advocacy association, legislative bodies, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Critical factors will contribute to introducing such a transition in the transforming's resolution practice problem. Among these considerations are digital development, good communication skills, adaptability to reform programs, and a willingness to assess and redesign how work is structured and completed (Roy, 2018) Therefore, the patient and advocate network, the state legislature, and CMS stakeholders are all involved in finding a solution to these transition issues.

3. Are clinical practice guidelines used to address this problem? Why or why not? If used, provide a brief overview of the CPG. If a CPG is not used, propose an intervention that could be implemented on a national scale to address the problem.

No, clinical guidelines are not being used to address the question of practice transformation. Although patients' health and well-being are at stake, nurses' ability to identify and implement solutions effectively is limited by regulatory, social, and organizational challenges (Vos et al., 2020). As a result, it is prudent to create a committee to eliminate outdated CPG legislation and strategic and managerial impediments to nurses' ability to function to the maximum extent of their practice, education, and professionalism (Roy, 2018). Therefore, this board would advocate for caregivers to be empowered to lead reform and redesign initiatives so that they can use their skills to promote the delivery of efficient, sustainable, high-quality care to all.
