Managing information is essential for any organization to grow and survive. It helps to make better decisions in different levels of the organization as per their business strategy and needs. Organizations' s mission and vision depend on their business strategy. This strategy will create an action plan to attain the organization's business goals. It will flow down to the different levels of the organization, like administration, production, and finance, etc. So, the business strategy aligns with the organizational strategy and information systems strategy to drive the organization implementing the defined business strategy. The crucial components in this process are organizational structure, information and regulators, and people jobs.

IS plan should update new upgraded business methods and interrupt regular routines with a vision using the latest information technology. The influence of the Information systems framework needs and depends on the organizational structure, a successful business strategy will have a significant impact and drives all other strategies within the organization. So, business strategy, corporate strategy, and information systems strategies have to be cautiously balanced as a change will influence another (Pearlson & Saunders, 2013). If the business strategy was not the driving force, it is tough to be fruitful in any business. If won't help for any future course of action like unable to identify the opportunities, threats certainly.  All components in the organizational strategy are interrelated. So, the proper design of the corporate strategy should support and lead to achieve business goals.
