Thank you for unique perspective on the SDGs! You mentioned how corruption, tribalism and social inequalities play large roles in the destabilizing nature of hunger, lack of quality education, health, and poor living standard in Somalia. One of the issues surrounding the development of this goal is that of a creeping “Westernization” wherein the beliefs, agendas and systems of nations such as Great Britain and the US encroach upon the autonomy of other nations under the guise of maintaining security in other nations. Do do you think Somalians should work with other nation-states outside of the continent of Africa in order to plan, develop, study and act upon this particular SDG?
