Furthermore in order to develop a strategic goal for any organization you have to have a accurate analysis with a clear understanding of the market and the position that the nursing home is in (2018, Argosy University) creating a strategic goal the important factor  for this is choosing a strategy  that would best fit the type of nursing home you have. My recommendation in making the nursing home more profitable would be a market penetration strategy which would take the current market that is serving now for the nursing homes and promote  a better way to make the nursing home more profitable and if you use this strategy it would take away any wasted effort that was causing the nursing home to not make much money and that they already is dealing with and create a better demographic look for the nursing home . my rationale for formulating this strategy is to better server all of the customers  while making  money keeping my business afloat . having a plan is the best formula for success.

The strategic goal I propose will help a nursing home to enable profit by focusing on a combination of Differentiation and cost leadership strategy.  This will help stay on a competitive advantage by lowering cost of operation in the nursing home.  With the proper characteristics the strategy can well work.  One of the factors to consider is to ensure the right execution is conveyed. Managing the suppliers (seek opportunities for lower cost of material, salaries) invest in technology this will help the profit and also looking into the appropriate research to maintain in competitive, high quality customer service, employee updated training and marketing. The rationale for formulating this strategy is to help both the competitiveness advantage and customer service simultaneously.
