Briefly response to the following questions: Using APA style and use helpful references or other reference. 

1.What effective strategies do you use in your classroom to increase student motivation? Discuss any motivational reward systems you have used in your own experiences.  

2.What is one school-wide initiative for increasing student motivation implemented in your school setting that has been effective? What is one initiative that has not been effective? Be sure to explain why the initiatives have or have not been effective.   

3.What are the three new motivational strategies you chose to implement in your classroom? Note: One of the strategies must involve the use of technology. Be sure to give a brief explanation of each. How will these strategies help you meet the diverse needs of your students while increasing their engagement and motivation?
