RESPOND IN 200 WORDS

The topic that I have chosen for this week discussion is ," Homeless People". This issue is important to my community, because if people come here would see that they would believe that this is a poor community when that's not exactly the case. I believe as a community we should be able to get together and give a helping hand if we can, whether it's going talk to them getting to know their story, are seeing if we could see what we could do to fix up old abandoned buildings that has been neglected so maybe they could be used as a  home for the homeless people.  I believe that no one deserves to be on the streets, everyone deserves to sleep comfortably. The people affected in this is the homeless people of course and the families who have to live around this and see this everyday. The issue is problematic to me because alot  of the homeless people are sleeping at the corners of the roads and some are right by caution lights. Some have shopping carts with blankets on top of them and that is used as their homes. Some are under the bridge which is very dangerous. I truly believe that reasonable people can agree about this concern. The issue interest me personally because I'm a big hearted caring person. It hurts me a great deal to see people living in these conditions.
