Subsequent responses to your peers or instructor should be a minimum of three complete sentences representing college-level English. Brief sentences with statements such as “I agree”, etc. will not be given credit. To be on the safe side, include several sentences for each post with additional questions or examples for your peers. Please be sure to check your work for grammar/spelling/punctuation/capitalization errors. Points will be deducted from your weekly discussion scores if these mistakes are repeated on a weekly basis.

Response:

In light of the circumstance I'm in, I have come to discover that all that emerges from my mouth should be said with a particular goal in mind or with a particular resonance even in volume. Subsequent to watching this video, opened my brain to see how I will quite often separate the dialects I communicate in, even my non-verbal communication. I continuously raise that I live in this different city which is Miami since societies are somewhat mushed together but it is a city where I accept our approach to talking is pushed to become parted. In a new employee screening, I realize that I will generally sluggish my speed while talking ensuring that I go furnished with words that apply to the gig and the articulation of my words becomes clear what starts to happen to me intellectually is that automatically seems trying hard to talk the way they want me to speak professionalism. Once they start asking about qualities that I have or who I am, I attempt to bring up the side that initially I was trying to not show as it was not part of the plan but they seem to like it regardless and actually enjoy it or even loosen up to the point they change their attitude. The language I feel most comfortable with is when I'm with my friends because I feel welcomed, not criticized, or judged. It helps me with the ability to be myself but to make connections with people who have different cultures and bond with people who sometimes have to pick and choose what language they need to be that day. In a city like Miami, there is so much diversity that having to choose what language shouldn't have to be a choice.
