Comment about this post:
I think this question is almost like a double edged sword because there is pros and cons to both. In my opinion, I don't think one is better than the other but I would rather be a late developer. I've never felt the need to rush our bodies. From a womans perspective, dealing with puberty, especially menstruation can be such a hassle. It is something we deal with long term and I feel like theres no need to rush that. I can understand from a girls perspective if you see everyone else going through it and you are not, you could feel excluded or maybe even like if something was wrong. But with proper guidance and education you could see that it's not that bad after all. Coming from a late developer herself. I think it could also boil down to personality type as to what you prefer, if you were a more extroverted person and liked the idea of being popular and in all the groupies, you would probably rather be an early bloomer.
Would love to hear your opinions on this!
