REPORTED RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

You respond to the scene of a reported burglary in a residential area.  The homeowner/victim states that she left for work at 8:00 a.m., and when she returned home at 5:00 p.m., she noticed that her front door was ajar.  She entered her home and noticed her laptop, camera, jewelry and $50 cash, which the victim says were left on the kitchen table, were stolen.  You notice the bedroom window is open.
