 Need to cover – 

· What are the challenges observed/face during working from home due to this current Covid-19 pandemic;

· how is it affecting employees work effort, motivation and self-satisfaction; 

· ways to have a better work-life balance while working from home as well as setting expectations for work hours 

· steps to maintain a positive environment; 

· how personal ethical values are aligned with your organization ethics and values. 

· Look at other countries that have experience epidemics or pandemics that went through similar shutdowns.
