Research paper part 1

Submit an outline for part 1 of the paper, which describes the social  problem and analyzes its causes/consequences. The outline should answer  the following questions using the research you've collected (likely  including additional research after your bibliography assignment):

• What is the issue? 
• What people or groups argue that it's a social problem? 
• Who does the problem affect?
• What are some of the most important social causes or consequences of the problem?

You will receive feedback on the outline’s clarity, logical flow, and incorporation of relevant information and evidence.
