Research paper introduction

I need a 2 paged introduction only to a research paper. 

What you must do is to discuss the variables that will be measurable in my research

I anticipate to discuss the topic: "Knowledge management strategies, innovation and firm performance in Saudi Arabia"

I have attached a sample image of how you need to arrange the variables

So basically introduce the topic, note the case has to be based in Saudi Arabia.

Then look at the miserables (variables) and look at how we will measure them to complete this research . 2 pages introduction and about half a page for the variables.
