Research paper FULLY READ BEFORE MESSAGING

Research one of the thirteen special education categories in IDEA (list attached).  You may pick an specific category under the special education categories, For example for visual impairments, you may research it as as a whole,or specific categories/diseases such as blindness, low vision, or retinopathy, Present an introductory and concluding paragraph, and a detailed overview of the

1. disability
2. educational or medical interventions
3. challenges faced in the community or with social interactions with others.
4. conclude with suggestions/accommodations for a child with this exceptionality to be successful in an inclusive classroom.

• paper should be written in your own words. DO NOT want to read a textbook or medical journal! One suggestion is to speak like you are explaining a disability to a parent or fellow teacher. Your paper will be checked for plagiarism. Please cite all quotations, summaries of others’ words, and ensure you make a proper References page.
• Minimum of four full pages of text; maximum of seven. (References page is NOT considered part of the text.)
• Minimum of five cited sources, emphasizing a variety of types as appropriate to the subject
• 12point font, Times Roman or Arial, double-spaced
• Margin one inch at top, bottom, and on both sides
• Pages should be numbered including the References page
• Title is s centered on top of the first page
• Evaluated on the content and how it relates accurately to the disability, organization/legibility, and required format.
