This research paper will be conducted on an aspect of leadership you would like to further investigate.  There are many theories, constructs, and components of leadership development to learn about through a variety of resources.  Some examples students have chosen in the past include motivation, personality styles, communication, transformational leadership, situational leadership etc.  You are required to use at least five references (peer-reviewed journals, books, Ebsco, etc., not Wikipedia) to complete a 7-10 page paper (excluding the cover page and Reference page) using APA format to articulate the information you garnered from your research. In gathering this information, try to develop themes or segments that help identify a deep understanding of the topic researched.  Please refer to the course outline to adhere to the final submission due date.  See the rubric attached to the course outline.
