In the final paper, discuss how the topics you have chosen have benefited your in your current workplace, OR which ones you would like to see developed more in your current workplace. 

Note: You must cite and reference at least three (3) credible, scholarly resources published within the past three (3) years.  Please note that you cannot reuse identical content from the weekly discussions.  This is a chance for you to expand upon the research performed in the previous weeks for a more in-depth discussion on the above topics you are most interested in.
