Discussion: Identify and discuss the strengths and weaknesses of each of the following:

            a.   open-ended questions

            b.   closed-ended questions

Discussion:  Describe the three different kinds of Qualitative Interviews and discuss the best qualitative interview approach you can use to conduct an interview.
