just some thoughts
People could turn in masks at a dedicated recycling bin with an attendant to receive a cloth mask in return. We could have a dedicated day of the week where we try to distribute masks and share information to promote awareness of the waste issue. (Mask Monday?)
We would need to coordinate with faculty and staff (help from marketing?) to really promote the trade-in deal and initiative.
