1) Traditional research follows what is referred to as the scientific method of inquiry. How does this relate to practitioner-based research? What are the benefits of following such a defined process?

2) Problem driven research requires that you identify a non-trivial problem that can be studied and has importance to an identified population. Using your workplace, what type of problems are occurring that could be classified as “non-trivial”? What needs to be studied about this problem?
