• What factors do U.S. antitrust regulators consider before challenging a merger or acquisition?

• Please upload it as a folder with written group RD and the presentation link.

The PPT presentation should be 10 slides and a video recording of 5 - 10 minutes.

Be  sure to proofread carefully (Use Grammarly - the premium version! Make  sure your writing score is more than 90) and cite your sources (APA 7.0  ed).

NOTE: Post  your 1000 - 1500 word group post, your PowerPoint presentation by  Wednesday 11:55 pm in addition to your video of your presentation to  earn a maximum of 30 points.
