You are the director of a large department in a multinational corporation. You were tasked with a project that requires the participation of a team of individuals from various areas of the corporation including finance, marketing, sales, and accounting. Write a detailed e-mail to your team informing them of their selection as members of a team to participate in the creation of new strategy to introduce a new product line to the U.S. market. In your e-mail, be sure to include personal traits and skills you identified as important to the success of this team.
