She has decided to transform the information system infrastructure in the city to ensure that they minimize cybersecurity risks.  

As an aspiring systems analyst what would you recommend to the Mayor to transform your city’s information systems infrastructure? Highlight the assumptions you make and discuss why your recommendations will help the city defend itself against future cyberattacks. (300 words)
