The first thing for me that comes to mind is Uber and the issues that arose under their former CEO. Their former CEO made a lot of decisions and had several actions that lead to the company being viewed in a less than great light. One of the issues that really delivers the point of how important leadership is the multiple sexual assault cases reported and they CEO's lack of a response. Those decisions have forced the new CEO to launch an ad campaign that addresses the companies past faults in hope of creating a new day and moving forward.
