Religious Discrimination

This judge held "No one should have to choose between keeping their faith and keeping their job." A Supreme Court Justice worries that a government that can not force a citizen to engage in an activity they truly believe will damn their soul may not be able to survive. Which should you fear the most? What scared our founding fathers the most, the power of government or the people?
