Relationship Challenges

1.  What are some common dark side communication behaviors that impact relationships? How do they impact relationships? Share something you learned about dark side communication and interpersonal relationships from class readings/communication research. 

2.  Can conflict be a good thing for relationships? Explain. What beliefs about conflicts or strategies for managing conflict described in class readings/communication research stand out to you? Why?
