A professor piloted teaching a graduate course using different modes of presentation.  One class used a flipped classroom model, a second class incorporated outside videos/lesson modules, and the third class used traditional lectures.  The professor taught the same course content in one semester, and all students completed the same 10 item quiz.  The professor wanted to know if there was a difference in student performance based on the modes of presentation.  Here is the data output from excel based on the results:

The results were significant, (F [2,30] = 2.35, p < .05).  Post-hoc tests should not be conducted.

The results were significant, (F [2,30] = 2.35, p < .01).  Post-hoc tests should be conducted.

The results were not significant, (F [2,30] = 2.35, p > .05).  No post-hoc tests are needed. 

This was not the correct test.
