You then need to explore the legal and ethical issues relevant to an organisations disciplinary and grievance procedures. Your report should be professionally structured with clear headings and subheadings. You must follow the Harvard Convention throughout the report and produce a clear reference list at the end of the report in accordance with the Harvard Convention.
