Reflective Paper

Reflective Paper  Interview  a manager (In your report, include manager name, company, position and  phone number.)  Ask the following:  1)  What do you consider your most  important dailytask?  2)  Long-term, what is your most  important task?  3)  What skills do you most use as a manager?  4)  How  did you become a manager in this organization? 5) Conclude with a  summary of what you learned and apply concepts and theories learned in  the class that relate to the interview.   You may ask more questions. 

1-2 page paper required if you would like the extra credit.

Be sure to have some way of recording your information – you can record digitally or take notes.

Be sure that you have chosen an appropriate time and place.

An in-person interview is the most appropriate method.
