profileChikChac

Reflect and write about an interview you conducted with a

person from another culture. Briefly state where and how you

did the interview. Report and discuss interesting aspects of

the person’s culture, how the individual differs in his

communication styles, values, behaviors etc. from your

culture, what intercultural problems the person was facing,

and how they were resolved. Write about anything else you

found interesting (e.g., with respect to verbal and nonverbal

behavior, attitudes and values of the interviewee). Try to use

concepts and terms from the course in your discussion.

The journal should be submitted as a Word Document, double spaced, in Times New Roman,

font size 12, 1 inch margins, and be at least 550 words long. The journal will be graded according

observation/information and theory ( /10), depth of reflection and interpretation ( /10), and quality

of writing ( /10), Total: /50 points x 2 = /100 %.
