This two to three page Final Reflection Assignment should identify areas where your perspectives of organizations and change management have evolved and changed. How has your understanding of the nature of change, its challenges, and your perspective about leading changed based upon what you have learned in this course? Be specific about what you discuss; consider information from your texts, articles, discussion boards, exercises,videos , etc. to aid your reflections.
