Reflection Paper

Completing and exiting a project is very important for an OD professional—

especially if you want to serve the client again in the future. The exiting phase allows you to follow through with the project to ensure quality, effectiveness, and 

sustainability. This assignment allows you to analyze and reflect about the exiting phase and how you can effectively finish a project for a client. 

Consider reviewing the use-of-self article from Unit I titled 

“Managing Use of Self for Masterful Professional Practice.”

Write a reflection paper of one to two pages in length that addresses

quality, effectiveness, and sustainability for each of 

the following: 

1.What type of specific tactics would you include in the exit

phase of a project? 

2.How would you integrate elements within a contract?  

3.What can you learn about both yourself and the exit phase by utilizing 

use of self?
