Reflection on Needs Assessment and Technology Plan

 Now that you have completed a needs assessment and a technology integration plan, it is time for you to reflect on your experiences while working on those two projects. Mention what you learned, and the challenges you encountered to conclude these two assignments (access to information, problems with interviews, organizing and analyzing information, writing the reports, etc.). Reflect on the process you followed, the way you organized your time, mention what would you have done differently, and what is your takeaway from conducting these tasks. Discuss why do you think is important for school leadership to conduct these types of projects in an educational setting; and finally, tell us about your plans going forward with the information that you encountered: Will you try to set up a plan with your Principal/supervisor to implement the changes that you are proposing in your Tech Plan? Do your plans include to take a more active role in the decisions about how your colleague teachers are being trained and how the technology resources are being purchased/used? Explain your thoughts.
