Reflection Essay Directions

· Utilizing the class discussions, readings and videos, please provide your reflective insight on how the concepts can be applied in the real world or a time that you experienced the concepts in operation. 

· The reflection essay should be 2.5 page minimum be in APA format (no abstract page required), include a reference page, “Times New Roman” font, size 12, and the format of paragraphs is “double-spaced” and “left-aligned.”
