Reflection Activity #4

If you have ever worked for an organization, you likely had to work with a group or a committee to complete a project. ( I worked for The South Carolina Department of Correction as a Sergeant)  Did you notice patterns of social loafing or social striving? If you were the group leader or project manager of a work group, how could you ensure that all members equally contributed? Write a brief reflection paper on these questions of no more than 500 words in length.
