TreveonlhIf education is not ‘inevitably a force for good’ (Bush and Saltarelli, 2000:54), but also a contributing factor in the outbreak of conflict, does that mean that the 2015 target of EFA should be reconsidered or delayed? Are there contexts in which expanding access to education might not be a good idea? If so when, and why?
