After you see it in its entirety (I know it’s long but WORTH IT), write a reflection that demonstrates your learning. No length requirements, but demonstrate your actual learning. Consider:

Who is responsible (this is a complex question in the face of this disaster)?  How did this happen? Consider the corporate Value Chain of this business. Is any one area more responsible than others?   Is this merely a problem of the corporation, or are their other social factors at play? How did the story come to light? Whose lives have been affected? Where is Elizabeth now? As of today, do you think justice has been served?
